CityCosy Strasbourg (SAS Omnia) is entitled to a service fee, deducted from the management account, set at a fixed rate of €25 (incl. VAT) per completed booking. This fee is fully covered by the property owner and will be deducted directly from the management account. Please note that these rentals are not governed by the French law of July 6, 1989.
Additionally, CityCosy Strasbourg is entitled to negotiation fees, which are exclusively payable by the tenant:
